We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns! If you want to make a return, please send us an email and then follow the directions below.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns based on the criteria below:
Our policy lasts 21 days. Items must be returned within 21 days of original purchase date. After this timeframe, your items will not be eligible for return and we cannot offer you store credit.
Items must be unworn and unwashed. If items appear worn, have makeup, deodorant or other stains, your return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Items must be in original condition in order to be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the items.
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Final sale items included under our Final Sale tab are not eligible for return. Additional final sale items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Athletic wear
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please enclose the packing slip/receipt in the package along with your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. If your return is applicable under our terms, your store credit will be issued to you via email. Items purchased with store credit will be final sale.
If you received a damaged or flawed item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and please attach photos of any damage.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
